THIS PRESENTATION CONTAINS SOME OF THE MOST CRUCIAL HEALTH KNOWLEDGE EVER!
I can attest to its accuracy, especially the particular product mentioned towards thhe end of the presentation.
Am convinced it would be important to try. Where is this product sold? Cannot find it online.
Hi Gordon, you can find this at www.microbiomelabs.com
THANK YOU! I knew Karin Krishnan was a "gut bug geek" [which I love because I've learned so much] - but MERCY - this video REALLY filled in the "gaps" of my K2 MK-7 knowledge picture - well worth watching...at least three times! I read about some research in Japan where they used glycine to restore mitochondrial functionality: [https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/05/150526085138.htm]. I wasn't aware that K2 MK7 had the potential to do the same thing. Thanks to Kiran I now understand how K2 MK7 does it's mitochondrial magic!
Thank you so much for this information. A few years back I was put on Vitamin D by my endocrinologist, without adding K. Now, all of a sudden I have blood pressure and possible heart issues. No doubt my body has been quickly going downhill because I was missing this key ingredient. Everything you mentioned related to diabetes started happening to me as well, particularly the cramping at night, followed by neuropathy. My goodness, this is lifesaving. I'll be talking to my DO about adding this K2-7 product to my regimen. Thank you for making such a complicated subject actually easy to understand.
Until now, the only way I could get K1 supplements was with an RX from my DR. Ugh!!! I have known for years and years the benefits and it has been very frustrating not having it be easily available. Thank you for the information and for providing a source for this vitamin.
To Sam, Vitamin K1 is not the same as Vitamin K2. I think what you are needing is Vitamin K2 supplements. In Australia, Vitamin K2 capsules are produced by Caruso Vitamin Company. If you listen to the beginning of this talk you get Vit K1 from dark green vegetables.
Saw a brochure at a hospital telling people to limit their eating of Vitamin K-containing veggies if they are on warfarin blood thinner. Something about blood clots. Something very strange. Can you comment?
Is there interaction between Vt K2 and NR, NMN andNAD?
How can I invest in this company? How is K2-7 deficiency related to Lymphedema? Can it help reverse Lymphedema? Does it help in weight loss? Thank you?
I look forward to recommending Vitamin K2-7 to all my patients and family. Thank you for making this information clear about the actions in the body.
Thank you for a very informative presentation. You mention K2/ MK-7 specifically in its role of activating osteocalcin. Do the other menaquinones, e.g. Mk-4 play a role in osteocalcin activation or other mechanisms of mineralization?
Can you take k2 by it self?
Amazing information, thank you for sharing!
When you say the dose of K2 is 320 mcg I'm assuming you mean the dose of MK-7 only. What does should we be getting of the MK-4 do you discuss that?
Also is there an upper limit dose wise - meaning is there a dose that is too much and will cause any problems (I'm sure this will be hard to do just curious).
If someone was on a statin, we know this affect CoQ10 so I'm sure it does K2 as well -any idea if K2 can repair the damage from statins and if so how long would it take?
How much of our K2 needs can be produced in the gut? Is there a known percentage/amount?
